A leading automation solutions provider located in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, is looking for a Sales Executive to generate leads and manage customer relations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or above with at least one year of experience in telemarketing, particularly in B2B environments. Proficiency in CRM systems and exceptional negotiation skills are essential. This role offers a basic salary plus commission, with the potential to earn up to MYR 8k.
Generate new sales leads through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and other lead generation methods.
Ensure timely response to all incoming communications including chat, calls, and emails.
Fully utilize and work within the company's system, processes and workflows (CRM, Hubspot, SAP, Sharepoint).
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers (C-Type, EX-Type). Revitalize sleeping customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics (calls, response time, opportunity funnel, conversions).
Manage a sales pipeline and keep accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM system.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.
Work collaboratively with other members of the sales team and cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.
Basic Salary + Comm- (In SGD) (Up to MYR 8k)
