Job Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to help drive high-quality pipeline growth. You’ll use industry insights, research, and AI tools to target the right prospects and deliver personalized outreach that boosts conversions. Working closely with channel partners, you’ll track lead progress, ensure smooth handoffs, and support a fast, transparent sales cycle. This role is perfect for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify leads based on customer needs, technical environment, and solution fit.
  • Generate high-quality leads and new sales opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell potential.
  • Engage net-new logos and marketing-generated leads to build and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Capture customer requirements and ensure smooth handoff to partner teams for conversion.
  • Work with Solution Engineers and presales teams to accelerate evaluations through demos.
  • Track opportunities in the CRM, monitor lead quality, and provide continuous feedback for improvement.
  • Assign and align leads to the right partners through triangulation calls and manage partner acceptance or reassignment.
  • Coordinate quotations, purchase orders, and fulfilment between customers and partners to ensure deal closure.
  • Maintain consistent daily account coverage and support weekly funnel creation.
  • Stay updated on products, competition, and industry trends; complete required certifications.
  • Enable partners by sharing product updates, promotions, and bundling benefits.
  • Monitor partner pipelines, elevate issues when needed, and support net-new logo growth.
  • Conduct joint business planning with partners and track progress against targets.
Qualifications
  • Min 6-8 years of experience in IT inside sales, with 4–5 years in cybersecurity / cloud security (vendor, principal, or channel).
  • Must have strong industry knowledge, with preferred experience in competitive solution landscapes.
  • Experience working with partners and clients; able to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Good knowledge of industry and competitive solutions in IT, cloud, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong sales skills, ideally from an IBDR/BDR role focused on IT/cloud/security.
  • Excellent communication in English who has experience to support ANZ market
  • Good analytical skills with CRM and B2B insights.
  • Strong communication skills and experience handling client interactions.
