Job description

To perform outbound calls for customers of SME companies, following through on each submission end-to-end with minimum escalations and supervision.

To provide best customer experience through outbound calling while observing internal guidelines and quality assurance.

Build a strong relationship with the customer by providing a delightful end-to-end experience & effortless way of acquiring new products & contracting existing subscriptions.

Acquire new line subscription by being an advocate of our products & services through consultative selling through cross sell worklist

Passionate about engaging with customers through different interactions - inbound/outbound call or chat/email.

Display a collaborative mindset when working with internal & cross-functional teams to easily resolve customers' concerns & demands.

Contribute and support the achievement of your individual & team's sales target, call productivity, and customer engagement score.

Make every customer interaction meaningful. Take ownership and execute end-to-end sales & customer handling.

Build a strong relationship with the customer by providing a delightful end-to-end experience & effortless way of acquiring new products & contracting existing subscriptions.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience of outbound telesales.
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
