Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in inside sales or sales operations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in IT company background is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Support quotation/pricing requests and manage priorities with stakeholders.
• Monitor and maintain quality in sales operations.
• Develop internal support processes for sellers.
• Coordinate planning activities and derive actionable strategies.
• Assist with troubleshooting and new process development.
• Provide content for enablement related to sales processes.
• Build strong internal company relationships.
