  • Business Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute impactful strategies to expand the company’s international footprint, capture new markets, and drive sustainable sales growth.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of global shipments, pricing proposals, and exceptional client service.

  • Sales & Commercial Support: Provide support in pricing, quotations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities and enhance profitability.

  • Partnership Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong long‑term relationships with overseas shipping agencies, freight forwarders, and trade authorities.

  • Operational Excellence: Apply deep expertise in freight forwarding operations and customer service processes to ensure efficient, reliable, and compliant international shipments.

  • Market Development: Identify emerging market opportunities and monitor competitor activity to stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Contract Negotiations: Lead high‑value contract and agency agreement negotiations to strengthen global partnerships and secure favorable terms.

  • Business Insights: Deliver actionable insights, reports, and recommendations to senior management, driving informed decision-making and continuous growth.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in international logistics and freight forwarding, with a strong background in business development.
  • Solid understanding of global trade regulations, customs compliance, and shipping documentation.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong track record of achieving measurable business results and driving growth.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is required to effectively engage with clients and partners from China.
