Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in production/manufacturing management and technical.
• Required skills/knowledge in moulding process, production control, and machine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the injection moulding process including set-up, tear down, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Manage raw moulding materials ensuring traceability and preventing contamination.
• Optimise all machine processes by reducing scrap and cycle times.
• Assist with launches of new programs ensuring quality products.
• Maintain controlled injection processes using part weights and plastics data.
