Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control manpower and equipment capacity to optimize productivity and meet production schedules.
• Oversee daily injection molding operations, ensuring all activities comply with quality and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to molding engineers and technicians.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate subordinates; develop staff competencies through knowledge transfer and on-the-job training.
• Plan and manage production projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance reviews to ensure timely delivery and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the plastic injection molding industry, including mold setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection processes and manufacturing parameters.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail and strong focus on product quality.
