Responsibilities

1. Data analysis, performance tracking and reporting of Group Operations (GO) KPIs
   1. Collect, analyze, and synthesize performance data to provide actionable insights.
   2. Design, implement, and monitor KPIs to track performance against objectives.
   3. Report on performance data to senior management.
   4. Control tower management for GO SLA, Productivity, Quality, Optimisation and Projects.
2. Collaboration and change management to identify performance gaps and implement solutions.
3. Contribute towards GO strategic papers and GO Senior Leadership Forum.
4. Lead for projects and initiatives relating to Performance Excellence.
