Qualifications

• At least 5 years of HR experience.
• Experience handling foreign employee work passes (DP/EP).
• Familiarity with local procedures in Johor Bahru government office.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and onboarding training.
• Administer compensation and benefits including EPF, SOCSO.
• Maintain employee records in compliance with Malaysian labour regulations.
• Provide HR consultation to manufacturing clients.
• Assist clients with expatriate and foreign worker management.
