Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Security Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead security for on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will maintain PCI DSS 4.0 compliance, oversee risk governance, and drive security improvements across IT infrastructure.

This is an experienced, hands‑on leadership role with cross‑functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of IT security experience, CISSP/CISM/CISA/CCSP or equivalent, and strong knowledge of firewalls, vulnerability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or related field.
• 7+ years of IT security experience, with at least 4 years in infrastructure security in financial services.
• Professional cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CCSP preferred.
• Strong knowledge of firewall technologies, vulnerability management, and DLP tools.
• Experience with PCI DSS 4.0 compliance and other financial regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and review SOPs for BAU infrastructure security management.
• Ensure security policies and standards across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid platforms.
• Maintain PCI DSS 4.0 compliance readiness and ongoing governance.
• Perform firewall rule reviews and coordinate remediation of findings.
• Oversee NVA, wireless pen tests, and CTI dissemination to IT custodians.
• Coordinate cyber insurance reviews and provide security documentation.
• Prepare monthly infrastructure security KPI reports for management.
