Job summary

User Experience Researchers in Cyberjaya is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Security Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance our web security environment, including F5 ASM/WAF and LTM configurations. The role focuses on protecting critical applications and tuning security policies to defend against evolving threats.

You will collaborate with infrastructure and application teams, manage vulnerability processes, and respond to security incidents with timely mitigation and resolution,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with F5 ASM and WAF implementations.
• Experience with enterprise web security platforms such as AppTrana, AWS WAF, Cloudflare, Akamai, F5 ASM/WAF.
• Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and web application vulnerabilities.
• Experience in the Vulnerability Management Lifecycle.
• Experience in security incident response and incident management processes.
• Experience working within an enterprise infrastructure security environment.

Responsibilities

• Support, administer, and maintain F5 ASM/WAF implementations.
• Design, implement, configure, and maintain F5 ASM solutions to protect web applications.
• Deploy, fine-tune, and optimize WAF security policies.
• Monitor web application traffic and analyze potential security threats.
• Investigate, analyze, and respond to web application security incidents with timely mitigation.
• Configure and manage F5 LTM, including VIPs, load balancing, and SSL certificate management.
• Review and refine attack signatures and security policies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams for secure deployment of web applications.
• Support vulnerability management activities, including remediation and security validation.
• Handle incident management and ticket resolution.
