Job summary

RED Global is searching for an Infrastructure Operations Engineer to join a long-term B2B contract. You will provide L2/L3 operational support across endpoints, M365, and collaboration tools from a fully remote location.

Start ASAP with a 12-month contract and extensions highly likely. English is a must; Mandarin is a bonus. You will work in a global environment with patching, device lifecycle, compliance and remote support processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Intune, Autopilot, SCCM and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Solid M365 administration.
• Scripting experience, PowerShell preferred.
• Understanding of collaboration ecosystems and workflows.
• Knowledge of OS governance, endpoint security and baseline management.
• Experience in global or follow-the-sun environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 operational support across endpoints and M365.
• Manage device lifecycle, compliance, patching, and remote support processes.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure uptime and governance.
• Assist with deployment and integration of collaboration tools.
