Job Location: SGBMY, Nilai, Malaysia

Responsibilities

• To manage company assets for preventive maintenance, asset sighting and documentation.
• To support daily operation and implement new strategies from the IT group

Key Duties / Activities

• In charge of organizing IT preventive maintenance and unplanned jobs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot IT equipment problems and provide resolutions and improvements.
• Managing IT documentation includes both administrative and technical aspects, ensuring proper record-keeping, system configuration tracking and support for operational and strategic IT initiatives.
