Job description

1. End-users service:

• Software installation for end-users and maintenance
• Hardware maintenance for end-users
• Consultant to end-users for usage of software & hardware
• Service request response
• Record user non-standard application license

2. System, network & application administration if any at site level:

• Configuration management
• Domain server, Exchange server, File server, Print server, Backup server and etc.
• System & network security control & virus defense

3. PBX System management and maintenance if any at site level.

4. Support for special systems like the VoIP, WebEx etc. as the front-line

5. System & data backup

6. Responsible for incident & problem tracker

7. Fix assets management and distribution at site.

8. Technical and operation manual documentation

9. To finish other task of supervisor arrangement.
