SALARY RANGE: RM2,500 - RM3,300
JOB DESCRIPTION
Technical support
- Provide first-level support to staff for hardware, software and network issues.
- Respond to help desk requests and resolve technical problems promptly.
System maintenance
- Assist in the installation, configuration and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
- Perform routine system updates and backups.
Network Support
- Help monitor and maintain IT infrastructure.
- Assist with setting up and troubleshooting network connections.
Inventory & documentation
- Maintain records of IT assets, software licenses and equipment inventory.
- Document technical procedures and user guides.
Security & Compliance
- Support implementation of basic cybersecurity measures.
- Ensure systems comply with company policies and standards.
Collaboration
- Work closely with IT manager and other team members to support projects & initiatives.
- Assist in training staff on new technologies and systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Internship or academic project experience in IT is a plus.
- Basic IT-related certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, Microsoft Fundamentals) are an advantage.
