Job description

Lead and manage the regional Security Operations & IAM teams.

Develop and implement security operations and IAM strategies.

Oversee user identity lifecycle, access controls, and IAM compliance.

Work with Allianz Cyber Defense Center on daily security operations.

Ensure continuous monitoring, incident response, and protection of systems.

Manage threat detection, vulnerability assessments, and remediation efforts.

Handle access provisioning, deprovisioning, recertification, and governance (RBAC, SSO, MFA, PAM).

Collaborate with IT, HR, Legal, and Compliance on security and IAM processes.

Ensure compliance with regulations, audits, and internal security policies.

Recruit, mentor, and develop the security & IAM team.

Evaluate, implement, and maintain security and IAM technologies.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Security and IAM technologies.

Proven team management and leadership experience.
