Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Security Engineer focused on TPM & TPSA (Third-Party Management & Third-Party Security Assurance) activities. The role is based in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Information Security Engineer will be responsible for managing and safeguarding third-party systems, conducting thorough security assessments, coordinating with stakeholders to address vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, and ensuring compliance with relevant security frameworks and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Application Security, Information Security, and Cybersecurity
• Expertise in Network Security and Information Security Management
• Ability to conduct security assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities
• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or equivalent, are highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Experience in working with Third Party Risk Management or Security Assurance frameworks is a plus

Scope of Work

• TPM Requests Management
• Handle and review TPM requests
• Update local inventory
• Determine TPSA type and the following action
• Perform email communications and follow-ups
• TPSA Assessments
• Prepare TPSA application forms
• Coordinate with EY for TPSA assessments (New / Reassessments / Reverse TPSA)
• Create shared folders for EY
• Conduct due diligence and prepare related forms
• Review past TPSA risk reports for open issues
• Inventory & Reporting
• Update local inventory and GIS inventory (monthly)
• Maintain the TPSA dashboard in Power BI and prepare the TRS Forum slides
• Publish updated dashboards and charts

Prerequisites

• Ability to install and use Power BI
• Familiarity with TPSA processes and due diligence requirements
• Strong communication skills for email coordination and weekly follow-ups
