Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, account servicing or a related field.
• Strong interest and understanding of social media, influencers and digital content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with good attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns, priorities and deadlines at the same time.

Aufgaben

• Research and identify suitable influencers and content creators based on campaign objectives, target audience and brand requirements.
• Assist with influencer outreach, negotiation, onboarding and coordination.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with influencers and creators.
• Support the end-to-end execution of influencer and social media campaigns, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, content submissions and posting schedules.
• Monitor campaign progress and ensure all deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and requirements.
• Maintain strong day-to-day communication with clients and understand their campaign needs and expectations.
• Assist in planning and executing influencer events, product launches, brand activations and other marketing activities.
• Stay updated on the latest trends across Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS) and other relevant social platforms.
• Identify emerging creators, content trends, viral formats and opportunities that could benefit clients.
