As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies and campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand storytelling.

  • Identifying, vetting, and onboarding influencers who align with brand ethos and target audience.
  • Negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and overseeing influencer agreements and deliverables.
  • Collaborating with influencers to co-create compelling, on-brand content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitoring and analysing campaign performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and optimise strategies accordingly.
  • Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Staying updated on influencer marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging creators.
  • Working cross-functionally with content, social media, PR, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign integration.
