About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team full-time at our office. You’ll play a key role in scaling our creator ecosystem by identifying, onboarding, and activating influencers across platforms like Instagram and Tiktok. From outreach to onboarding, you’ll be responsible for getting creators excited about working with us and helping them successfully launch sponsored content on both our web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to influencers across social platforms aligned with our brand and goals
• Onboard influencers and guide them through campaign requirements, timelines, and deliverables
• Maintain communication with influencers to ensure smooth collaboration and performance tracking
• Assist in drafting briefs, managing creator deliverables, and maintaining an internal tracker
• Build strong relationships with creators to foster long-term partnerships
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure creator content aligns with brand goals

Who You Are

• A strong communicator who can build rapport quickly
• Passionate about influencer marketing, digital content, and social media trends

• Comfortable negotiating deliverables, timelines, and rates when needed

• Prior experience in creator/influencer outreach or partnerships is a plus
