Job summary

LOVE & LAUGH GROUP SDN. BHD. is seeking an infant care professional to provide responsive care, including feeding, diapering, bathing, and nap routines. You will design developmentally appropriate activities and maintain a safe, clean environment, while updating parents on progress.

The role emphasizes patience, reliability, and excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with weekend events occasionally required. No weekend work beyond school events is expected.

Qualifications

• Patient, gentle, observant, and genuinely passionate about caring for infants.
• Responsible, reliable, and emotionally responsive to babies' needs.
• Physically fit to lift, carry and attend to infants throughout the day.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Prior experience in infant care or nursery/TASKA setting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive and individualized care for infants, including feeding, diapering, bathing, soothing, and managing nap routines.
• Plan and facilitate age-appropriate sensory, motor, and exploratory activities that promote healthy development and early learning.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe environment at all times.
• Closely supervise infants to ensure their health, safety, and well-being, adhering to licensing requirements.
• Observe and monitor each infant's developmental milestones, daily progress, and well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of feeding, sleeping, and diaper changes.
• Build warm and trusting partnerships with parents.
• Provide daily updates on children's activities, routines, and developmental progress in a professional manner.
