Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking an Industrial Trainee for Kulim to support the manufacturing and operations team in a high-tech cleanroom environment where silicon wafers evolve into cutting-edge products.

You will assist FA Lab engineers on new FA method development and optimization, working with mechanical, chemical or materials disciplines and maintaining CGPA 3.00 or above. This role offers exposure to advanced semiconductor processes and a pathway to growth in a global company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Material with CGPA 3.00+.
• Internship or trainee program in manufacturing is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist FA Lab engineers in developing and optimizing FA methods.
