OCTOBER 2025
RECRUITMENT
- Preparation of job requisition
- Drafting and posting of job advertisements
- Sourcing and shortlisting of candidates
- Participation in interview sessions
- Exposure to salary proposal and negotiation process
- Understanding the approval process for hiring
- Extending offers to selected candidates
- Coordinating and facilitating candidate onboarding
NOVEMBER 2025
CSR
2025 Piala Pembangunan Oratory Competition and other upcoming programmes (CSR)
- Assist CSR Team in liaising with vendors, venue providers, and internal teams for logistics, refreshment, prizes, and overall event arrangements.
- Assist the team during event day with registration counter, team coordination, etc.
- Prepare post-event documentation including attendance, expenditure tracking, etc.
- Admin related tasks, as and when required.
DECEMBER 2025
TALENT & LEARNING
To support the day-to-day operation of Learning & Development (L&D) function including the following:
- Assist with the coordination of training/events/programmes (pre, during & post). The tasks include but not limited to, booking of venue, liaising with caterer / PMS on refreshment order, transportation arrangement, preparing attendance sheet, site visit, applying for HRDC grant, etc.
- Assisting in preparing payment documents, reports, slides and other documentations as and when required.
- Exposure to discussion with internal stakeholders on training needs/request.
- Assisting on other areas including talent management, scholarship and adhoc tasks as and when required.
JANUARY 2026
HR MANAGEMENT & SERVICES
Assigned Tasks
- Updating staff information including statutory numbers.
- Making updates in statutory systems.
- Staff Mobility
Preparing Internal Movement Letters Such As
- Acting appointments.
- Resignation acceptances (various types of leaving cases).
- Employee Benefits Administration
- Updating medical and insurance records (GPA & GTL).
- Reflecting changes for:
- New hires.
- Resignations, retirements.
- Performance Management
- Supporting the preparation of performance communication materials.
