Join Us as an Industrial & Employee Relations Manager

Are you passionate about building strong employee relationships, shaping positive workplace culture, and driving industrial harmony? We are looking for a dynamic Industrial & Employee Relations Manager to play a key role in strengthening employee engagement, ensuring legal compliance, and partnering with leadership to create a high-performance work environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead Industrial & Employee Relations

Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee and industrial relations matters

Interpret and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and best practices

Manage industrial disputes, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally and effectively

Conduct investigations into employee complaints, disputes, and disciplinary matters

Govern the process of due inquiry

Build and maintain strong relationships with external labor bodies

Educate managers and employees on company policies, labor laws, and best practices in employee and industrial relations

Drive Compliance & Governance

Develop and update policies and procedures related to employee & industrial relations

Ensure all HR policies are compliant with local, state, and federal laws

Communicate and enforce policies and procedures across the organization

Support audits and compliance initiatives, including RBA standards where applicable

Champion Engagement & Internal Communications

Design and execute engaging employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, morale, and retention

Organize impactful events, workshops, and well-being activities that bring employees together

Conduct surveys and analyze results feedback to measure employee engagement levels and translate insights into meaningful improvements

Collaborate closely with the SAM Sports & Recreational Club (SSRC) to deliver annual programs

Manage and execute internal communication strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and values

Ensure clear, consistent, and inspiring messaging across all internal platforms and foster strong engagement with employees

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field

At least 5 years of relevant experience in employee relations, industrial relations, or HR

In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and industrial relations practices

Experience in RBA Compliance is an advantage

Excellent negotiation, mediation, and conflict-resolution skills

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Analytical, solutions-driven, and able to work with employees at all levels

Professional HR or IR certifications (e.g. SHRM, CIPD) are a plus
