JTS ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced and driven INDUSTRIAL MELT SHOP SUPERVISOR to join our team in Pasir Gudang, Johor. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of our industrial melt shop, ensuring optimal productivity and product quality.

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee melt shop operations in a heavy industry environment
• Assist operators in producing steel ingots and preparing raw materials
• Support melting, pouring, molding, and casting processes
• Break down and rebuild launders using hand tools, air tools, and overhead cranes
• Handle material movement using forklifts, tow motors, and overhead cranes
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and workflow efficiency

What we’re looking for

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in metalworking, steel manufacturing, or heavy industry
• 1 year experience with overhead/remote crane (preferred)
• 1 year forklift experience (preferred)
• Familiar with furnace operations or molten metal processes (added advantage)
