Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a certificate or diploma in a related field.
• Industrial maintenance experience is required; breakdown experience preferred.
• Thorough working knowledge of industrial equipment, its usage, and safety procedures.
• Self-motivated, responsible and safety oriented individual.
• Learn and apply standard tools and techniques to solve problems.
• Demonstrates a positive “can-do” attitude.
• Takes responsibility for self-performance (Ability to manage time and responsibilities independently).
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results and meeting expectations.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain machinery through preventive maintenance.
• Locate sources of problems by observing devices in operation.
• Dismantle machinery and replace defective parts.
• Maintain inventories by checking stock and placing orders.
• Provide internal training to production workers on routine maintenance.
• Provide mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
• Prepare maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment per DOSH/JKKP.
