A leading global electronic components manufacturer in Penang is looking for a Chief Process Engineer to enhance production efficiency. The ideal candidate will lead continuous improvement projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring optimal workflow and resource management. Previous experience in process optimization and project leadership is essential. 1. Process efficiency improvement and optimization. Analyse production workflows and processes to identify improvement opportunity.
2. Lead continuous improvement projects. Study, analyse and report - Line efficiency, Layout and capacity, Cost savings and Automation.
4. Plan and lead process improvement and automation projects. Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Provide technical leadership and guidance.
