Industrial Engineer (Safety & Process Optimization)

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Industrial Engineer with strong awareness in workplace safety and process optimization to join our team. You will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, enhancing safety standards, and supporting strategic projects across our logistics and distribution network.

Analyze and optimize operational workflows to improve productivity, reduce cost, and eliminate inefficiencies.

Conduct time-motion studies, layout planning, and capacity analysis for sorting centers and hubs.

Identify safety risks in operations and propose engineering solutions to mitigate them.

Collaborate with the Safety team to ensure compliance with local safety regulations (e.g., DOSH).

Develop and implement SOPs that integrate safety, ergonomics, and process efficiency.

Support cross-functional improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) across logistics functions.

Monitor and report on KPIs related to operational performance, safety, and resource utilization.

Conduct field assessments and audits to ensure proper execution of engineered standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in logistics, courier, manufacturing, or warehousing.

Solid understanding of industrial engineering principles, safety standards, and workflow optimization.

Experience with tools such as AutoCAD, Excel (advanced), or simulation software is an advantage.

Knowledge of workplace safety practices, OSHA/DOSH standards, or certified safety training is a plus.

Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and practical problem-solving abilities.

Able to travel and conduct site-based assessments when required.
