Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in industrial engineering.
• 0+ years experience in industrial engineering/lean environments.
• Process-oriented and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Use Lean principles and tools to drive continuous improvement for safety, quality, efficiency and cost.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, quality policies and guidelines.
• Build the capability of the Industrial Engineering department.
• Optimize production performance systems.
• Monthly review of direct labor headcount and capacity.
• Responsible for manufacturing supply control.
• Perform capacity analysis and reviews.
• Lead and coordinate cost savings, efficiency and material-flow projects.
• Collaborate with facilities engineering to plan equipment and space to reduce risks and conserve energy.
• Report safety, quality and regulatory concerns to leadership.
• Familiar with TPM and CLAIR practices.
• Perform other duties as required.
