Job summary

A children's activity center in Johor Bahru is seeking enthusiastic individuals to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for kids and parents. Key responsibilities include greeting families, hosting activities, and managing daily operations. Ideal candidates should be friendly and fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. • Sell/check-in/check-out tickets; follow OWG policies; troubleshoot basic app issues.
• Promote membership, bundles & F&B add-ons; capture booking leads.
• Handle cash if assigned; reconcile floats; follow POS & refund SOPs.
• Submit end-of-shift reports, incident logs, activity counts.

Working Hours: Shift-based (Rotate Shift, up to 10PM)

Role Purpose

Be the face of Jungle Gym on the floor. Ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for children and parents. Support daily activities, customer flow, ticketing, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet families and enforce entry rules; ensure safety & crowd control.
• Host daily activities (craft, games, mascot, story time) and birthday parties.
• Perform opening/closing routines, cleaning rotation, and floor operations.
• Sell/check-in/check-out tickets; follow OWG policies; troubleshoot basic app issues.

Working days and working Hours

• Working Hours (Rotate Shift) until 10PM

Example shifts:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (latest shift)
