Schedule: 3.5 days/week — 14‑hour shifts (e.g., 3 full days + 1 half‑day), with meal breaks

Advise & recommend the best solutions based on each customer’s needs, budget, and urgency.
Own the sales cycle: respond fast to enquiries, qualify, present options, quote, follow up by phone, and close.
Delight customers: handle issues professionally; coordinate deliveries, rentals/returns, and aftersales support with ops.
Hit targets: meet or exceed monthly revenue, conversion rate, and response‑time KPIs.
Stay organized: update CRM/Google Sheets, manage pipelines, and keep accurate notes and documents.
Be omnichannel: WhatsApp Business, phone, email, walk‑ins, social DMs — wherever customers reach us.
Excellent Bahasa Melayu (written & spoken) — English or Mandarin or Tamil or any local languages is a plus.
Sales drive: hardworking, passion to win, self‑motivated, disciplined, and coachable.
Customer empathy with strong phone presence and objection‑handling skills.
Resilience & stamina to thrive in 14‑hour shifts (with breaks) and weekend/public‑holiday rotations.
Digital fluency: WhatsApp Business, basic Google Docs/Sheets, and CRM habits.
Nice to have: retail/inside sales experience; healthcare/homecare product exposure.
3.5 days/week (example: Mon, Wed, Fri full shifts + Sat half‑day; final roster set by manager).
