Job summary

A reputable company in the sales industry in Johor is looking for an Indoor Sales Advisor to join their team. This role involves assisting walk-in customers, promoting products, and meeting sales targets. Candidates should be goal-oriented and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work weekends and public holidays. The position offers a competitive basic salary ranging from RM2,200 to RM2,500, plus an average monthly commission of RM1,500 to RM3,000.

Our Client isaleading provider of tiles, natural stone surfaces, porcelain slabs, mosaics, and sanitary ware in Malaysia, Established in 1990. Currently,looking for a motivated Indoor Sales Advisor to join their dynamic team. If you are passionate about sales and customer service, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

Help walk-in customers by recommending suitable products.

Promote and confidently sell store items.

Handle customer questions and complaints in a professional manner.

Meet assigned sales targets.

Stay updated on product info and highlight top sellers.

Submit weekly reports to the Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Open to working on weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication and sales abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Must be able to work 6-day work week (including weekends/Public Holidays). Rest day falls on Weekday.

Working Location:

  • Bukit Indah
  • Taman Universiti

Working Hours:

  • Shift 1: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (all branches)
  • Shift 2: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM (selected branches only)


Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: RM2,200 RM2,500
  • Monthly Commission: RM1,500 RM3,000 (average)
