Overview

We’re looking for Indonesian language specialists to help shape the future of AI by training and evaluating large‑scale language models. Your expert knowledge of Indonesian grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics will be used to test, critique, and improve the models’ understanding and generation of Indonesian language content.

Responsibilities

• Converse with the model on a variety of language scenarios, including sentence structure, verb conjugation, noun‑adjective agreement, regional dialects, idiomatic expressions, and formal versus informal speech.
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of the model’s outputs.
• Capture reproducible error traces and document every failure mode.
• Suggest improvements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics based on observed performance.
• Show clear, metacognitive communication by documenting your work and reasoning.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Indonesian language, linguistics, or a closely related field.
• Peer‑reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands‑on linguistic analysis projects are strong indications of fit.
• Deep understanding of Indonesian grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and systematically.

Compensation and Employment
