Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Content Quality and Evaluation Graduate (Indonesian - SMO) to join the AI Data Service & Operations team. You will help define quality standards for LLM training data and adjudicate outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency across multilingual content.

As a graduate, you will collaborate with product, policy, and engineering teams, learn the end-to-end data workflow, and contribute to reusable judgment rules and knowledge assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement in data, statistics, CS, law, linguistics or social sciences.
• Internship or project experience in data quality, QA, content moderation, or AI data/annotation is a plus.
• Excellent English proficiency with IELTS 7.5 / TOEFL 105 or equivalent.
• Proficient in Excel and common data tools; familiarity with LLM products like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini.

Responsibilities

• Help design and iterate on data quality standards, judgment rules, and acceptance criteria for LLM training/evaluation scenarios.
• Review and adjudicate data outputs against quality standards; close loops on corrections for accuracy and consistency.
• Investigate complex edge cases; translate conclusions into reusable judgment rules and knowledge assets.
• Track quality metrics, root-cause issues, and drive improvements in production processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, product, algorithm, and policy teams to align on quality standards.
