Handle incoming calls using proper sales and customer service practices throughout the interaction.
Use a consultative approach to identify needs and propose solutions for new products and services that benefit their businesses.
Resolve issues within our support scope, guiding towards third-party solutions or paid consultations when necessary.
Troubleshoot client products to ensure a one-call resolution.
Achieve metrics like First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales.
Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Open to working in rotational shifts.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline
Open to Local Malaysian
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred
Strong ability to turn support calls into sales opportunities
