Job summary

Inbound Customer Service (Basic up to RM4000 + Allowance - KL)

We are currently representing our client to source for potential candidate to fill in the role as Customer Service Specialist to based in KL area.

Basic up to RM4000 (depending on experience)

Quarterly KPI Incentive up to RM2,200

Dental/Optical yearly allowance

Job Responsibility
  • Ensure highest standards of service delivery on personalized phone services to our customers
  • Serve customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; and maintaining database
  • Educate the customer about the products and services and directs them towards available resources for self-help
  • Manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions and is responsible for identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate department
  • Act on any required customer follow-up in accordance with Contact Centre internal guidelines and updates customer data into relevant systems accurately
  • Maintain confidentiality of the customers and data at all times
Job Requirement
  • Diploma + 2 years of working experience
  • Degree Fresh are welcome to apply
  • Able to work Rotational Shift - 24/7 shift (5 or 5.5 days work)
  • Able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Willing to be based in KL
