Job summary

The Executive Collective Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced legal leader to provide strategic counsel across the business, regions and lines. You will advise on commercial contracts, tenders, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and contract management.

You'll conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, support corporate restructuring, M&A, integration and transformation initiatives, and manage IP, data privacy, litigation and external counsel relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have a Law degree and at least 8 years of relevant legal experience.
• Extensive exposure to commercial contracts, tenders, construction, energy and/or water industries.
• Experience advising on governance, regulatory compliance and contract management.
• Experience with M&A, corporate restructuring, and integration initiatives.
• Ability to manage IP, data privacy, litigation, and dispute resolution matters.

• Advise on a broad range of matters including commercial contracts, tenders, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and contract management.
• Conduct legal and contractual risk assessments and develop practical mitigation strategies for business operations and projects.
• Support corporate restructuring, legal entity rationalisation, M&A, integration and transformation initiatives.
• Manage intellectual property, data privacy, litigation and dispute resolution matters, including external counsel relationships.
• Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, compliance frameworks and training programmes across the organisation.
• Drive process improvement, simplification and automation within the Legal Function.
• Ideal candidates will have a Law degree, at least 8 years’ relevant legal experience, and strong exposure to commercial contracts, tenders, construction, energy and/or water industries
