We are looking for a responsible and well‑organized Import Administrator to support the smooth day‑to‑day import operations of the company. This role involves handling administrative tasks such as verifying all import and shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. The Import Administrator will also assist with SIRIM certification and permit applications, and provide general support to the team on various import administrative matters.

What You Will Do
  • Handle import processes including shipment coordination, customs clearance, and logistics arrangements.
  • Prepare and verify all import and shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage SIRIM certification and permit applications for imported products, ensuring timely approval.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to track and monitor shipment status.
  • Ensure compliance with import regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of import transactions and provide regular shipment reports to management.
  • Resolve any issues or delays related to import processes promptly and effectively.
