Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Environmental Studies, Law or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to draft clear, professional documents.
• High attention to detail and comfort working with data, spreadsheets and document management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Discreet and professional when handling confidential and commercially sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with ESG frameworks (e.g. GRI, TCFD, Bursa Malaysia Sustainability Reporting) is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• ESG Data collection & entry: Gather, organise and input sustainability data into reporting frameworks.
• Sustainability Reporting Support: Prepare sections of the ESG report with cross-reference data.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to collect required ESG information.
• Benchmarking & Research: Research ESG trends and regulatory developments to identify gaps.
• Initiative Tracking: Maintain progress trackers and provide updates to the sustainability lead.
• Administrative Support: General admin tasks and supporting presentations for internal audiences.
