Job summary

A leading banking technology firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Consultant to support its newly established technology center. The role involves conducting reviews of administrative access requests, performing user access audits, and maintaining audit trackers. The ideal candidate will have over 1 year of experience with basic knowledge of OS platforms and excellent MS Excel skills. Qualifications

• 1+ years of working experience.
• Basic knowledge of OS platforms including Windows, Unix, Mainframe, and AS400.
• Understanding of security administration and user provisioning.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel with VLOOKUP skills.
• Basic understanding of IDM/Access Management processes.
• Ability to work with audit trackers and compliance teams.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct offline review of administrative audit logs.
• Perform monthly VLOOKUP of system ID listings.
• Carry out semi-annual and annual user access review.
• Follow-up on access revocation confirmation.
• Maintain trackers for manual requests.
• Provide service level review and reporting support.
• Support audit requirements and testing.
• Participate in projects and assignments as needed.

Skills

Working experience (1+ years)

Basic knowledge of OS platforms - Windows, Unix, Mainframe & AS400

Understanding of security administration / user provisioning

Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP)

Basic understanding of IDM / Access Management processes
