Tenby Schools Setia Eco Park Kuala Lumpur campus is seeking an ICT Teacher to join the International Secondary school and help learners reach the next level in their learning, with emphasis on teaching the national language and inspiring colleagues, students, and parents.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in education/ICT and at least 3 years of teaching experience, with fluent English and a collaborative, innovative approach in a diverse, global campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education/ICT is a prerequisite.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' English language proficiency and identify individual learning needs.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging EAL lessons tailored to students' language abilities.
• Support students in developing speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to adapt teaching strategies for EAL learners.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate assessment records.
• Develop Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) where appropriate.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and language development.
• Promote an inclusive learning environment that values cultural and linguistic diversity.

Job Description Purpose of Role

We are looking for an ICT Teacher to join the International Secondary school and help us take our learners to the next level in their learning. If you want to be part of our team you will need to be experienced and knowledgeable about the teaching of our national language. You must also be passionate about learning and knowledgeable about the factors that affect learning. You will be good at working with and inspiring your colleagues, our students and their parents.
