Strategic planning: Formulate and execute the Company’s ICT strategy, ensuring all technology initiatives support overall business goals and drive digital transformation.
Team leadership and management: Manage and mentor the ICT team, assigning resources, providing support, and fostering a collaborative environment.
System and network administration: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of all ICT resources, such as hardware, software, servers, and network infrastructure.
Cybersecurity and data protection: Implement and enforce security measures, policies, and best practices to protect the organization’s data from breaches and other threats. This also includes developing disaster recovery and backup procedures.
Budgeting and resource allocation: Develop and manage the ICT budget, monitor expenditures, and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Project management: Lead and coordinate ICT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Technical support: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and oversee the provision of technical assistance to staff.
