Job summary

A leading technology firm in Malaysia is looking for a candidate to create and manage system design documents based on user requirements. Responsibilities

• Create system design document based on user requirements.
• Collect user feedback and update design document based on mock-up.
• Update project schedule with development timelines.
• Follow up on development progress to ensure schedule adherence.
• Prepare UAT checklist and align with users.
• Handle user feedback and update design documents.
• Manage system bugs and align with developers.
• Implement PDCA cycle in all activities.
• Communicate with departments to understand workflows.
• Promote workflow improvement using DX tools.
• Standardize workflows within company operations.
• Create and maintain training modules for DX tool usage.
• Manage DX activities within the company.
• Conduct surveys for DX skill level analysis.
• Assist in DX promotion events.

Job description

Create system design document based on user requirement

Collect response from user and update system design document based on system mock up UI feedback

Update overall project schedule with development schedule

Follow up system development progress and ensure project on schedule

Prepare UAT item checklist and align UAT with user

Handle user system feedbacks and update system design document

Manage system bugs / errors and align with developer

Implement PDCA cycle in all activity done

Communicate with each department and understand workflow in Konica Minolta

Promote workflow improvement with other department through DX tools

Standardize similar workflow within company operation

Create and maintain training module for DX tools usage

Follow up DX Activities within company

Conduct survey / quiz for DX skill level analysis

Assist in BMMY DX promotion event / activity

Job Requirements :

Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or its equivalent.

Preferable at least 2 years working experience. Fresh Graduates are Encouraged to Apply.
