Description

Deliver software and hardware applications support to end users in the hospital. Involved in the Hospital Information System (HIS) implementation with Electronics Medical Record (EMR) including documentation, testing, training, and post‑go live support. Trainer to the consultants (physicians) and end users.

Responsibilities

1. Support HIS software and hardware (computer, printer, scanner) applications issues; escape complex issues in a timely manner to achieve/maintain user satisfaction.
2. Participate in the HIS implementation; trained to be a trainer to consultants (physicians) and end users.
3. Provide support on a 24/7 basis for new software rollouts based on shift duties.
4. Understand and establish communication on user needs and priorities.
5. Ensure service level adherence.
6. Participate in healthcare digital transformation projects and be exposed to great opportunities in the largest single private hospital.
7. Expand network – opportunity to work with consultants/specialists.

Requirements
