Job summary

International Schools Partnership Limited seeks a dedicated educator to join our team. The role focuses on planning lessons, preparing materials, tracking student progress, and collaborating with psychologists and academic coordinators to support students.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education or Psychology, have strong organizational and communication skills, and be fluent in English. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields.
• Master’s Degree: Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons in advance and email plans to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
• Prepare and organize materials for classes.
• Maintain the grade book and enter grades by deadlines.
• Design and prepare monthly assessments for each topic.
• Grade all assigned work.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues.
• Support students with special needs, including gifted learners.
• Attend meetings and participate in school activities.
• Record attendance and coordinate with Academic Support.
• Promote communication with students and parents.
