Aspiration International Secondary School is seeking an experienced MYP Coordinator to lead the implementation and ongoing development of the IB Middle Years Programme within the Secondary School.

The role works closely with the Head of Secondary, teachers and the School Leadership Team to ensure the MYP is implemented consistently and effectively, supporting curriculum development, assessment practices, and IB requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in an international school setting.
• Strong experience with the IB MYP and prior MYP leadership role is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of MYP curriculum planning, assessment, and programme implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate the implementation of the IB MYP across the Secondary School.
• Ensure alignment with IB Standards and Practices.
• Act as the main point of contact for MYP-related matters.
• Coordinate programme development, evaluation, and authorisation requirements.
• Monitor MYP assessment practices and data-informed decision making.
• Provide guidance and professional development to teachers.
• Promote student-centred, inquiry-based learning across the curriculum.

Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
