Job summary

A leading data center developer in Johor Darul Takzim is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee all CSA works for a hyperscale data center. The ideal candidate must have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with over 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as well as the ability to ensure compliance with design and safety standards. This permanent position offers a competitive salary ranging from RM 17,000 to RM 23,000. Only Malaysian citizens are eligible to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CSA experience.
• Prior experience in data center construction or medical technology plant projects highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works.
• Ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
• Monitor contractor execution throughout the project.
• Participate in site inspections and progress reviews.
• Work closely with the M&E team on interface issues.
