Job summary

A leading design company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Hydroponic Sales Consultant to manage B2B customer accounts and drive commercial growth in their new Hydroponic Agriculture Business Unit. Candidates should have 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in F&B or fresh produce. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently are key. This role offers a commission structure on top of a basic salary.

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills are essential.

Xeno Design Sdn Bhd is an established company with a strong track record in delivering quality projects and services. As part of our strategic expansion, we are developing a Hydroponic Agriculture Business Unit utilising NFT (Nutrient Film Technique) to supply fresh, high-quality leafy greens to restaurants, cafés, and distributors.

We are seeking a professional and results-driven Sales Executive to support the commercial growth of this business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage B2B customer accounts, including restaurants, cafés, wholesalers, and distributors
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential clients
  • Negotiate pricing, volume commitments, and supply terms
  • Secure weekly and monthly purchase commitments
  • Manage repeat orders and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Coordinate with operations team on harvest planning and delivery schedules
  • Monitor sales performance and follow up on payments
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales; experience in F&B, fresh produce, or distribution is an advantage
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Professional and confident when dealing with business owners, chefs, and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
