Job summary

Capcon Consulting seeks a Senior/Lead Embedded Software Engineer to solve carrier-grade routing bottlenecks on real embedded Linux CPE devices. Build real-time architectures and digital twins for a premier telecom client.

Hybrid work in Kuala Lumpur, with three days in the office and two days remote. You will design Linux middleware, drivers, and data-forwarding applications, while analyzing complex systems and contributing to both core and advanced tracks in Wi‑Fi and telecom protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering 50k+ lines of industrial code.
• Strong knowledge of embedded Linux OS fundamentals.
• Proficient in TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design real-time embedded Linux architectures for CPE telecom products.
• Develop Linux middleware, drivers and data-forwarding applications.
• Analyze architectures and produce high/low level designs.
