Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Hybrid Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This unique role combines the flexibility of remote work with the excitement of in-person client interactions. As a Hybrid Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels.
  • Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to leverage inbound leads and develop outbound strategies.
2. Client Engagement:
  • Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with clients to understand their needs and present our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition.
3. Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Work closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts and share insights.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and progress.
4. Negotiation and Closing:
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close deals and achieve sales quotas.
5. Remote and In-Person Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with a diverse team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Attend occasional in-person meetings, conferences, and events to foster relationships and represent the company.
